Christopher Bozyk Architects
The project deliverables to the client was to replace all of the carpet on the 1st and 2nd floors of the building while doing a reconfiguration of the workstations to reduce the number of workstations from 123 to 101 on both floors. The execution had to happen with the consideration of full time staff still working in the space. A plan was developed by The Client, Chase and the Carpet company to densify unoccupied cubicles in order to clear a section for carpet replacement and reconfiguration.
Phase 1 of the project was scheduled for 2 weeks and Phase 2 was scheduled for 1 week.
All parties agreed to a Friday morning start to Remove the workstations in order for the Carpet Company to replace the Carpet over the weekend. The Chase commercial move team arrived at 3pm each Friday to move the personal contents from each effected cubicle to the new temporary locations. The Crew Office Services began tear down and removal of the workstations right on the heels of the movers and were completed by 10pm Friday
